Finca Fatima has been producing coffee since the 1970’s. It wasn’t until 2018 when third-generation brother and sister coffee producers, Ernesto and Givette Perez, decided to enter the specialty coffee market. In 2019 one of their coffees became a Cup of Excellence winner. Again in 2021 their farm achieved recognition as an international Cup of Excellence winner.

Ernesto and Givette planted their first Gesha varietal in 2020 and now, three years later, they have harvested their first “baby” Gesha. Fernando Diaz, our founder and head green coffee buyer, knew he couldn’t pass up the opportunity to showcase such an exceptional offering. We now have the privilege of being one of the first roasters IN THE WORLD to be offering what we hope becomes another illustrious coffee within their repertoire of coffees.

Terruño is our new and upcoming line of coffee — an effort to highlight the most magical, wondrous, and innovative coffee of Latin America. We want you to experience coffees that are both unique to their land and to the producer working their land.

Like the ephemeral mist and fog shrouding the coffee growing mountains, our Terruño coffees will come and go. They’ll be limited, meant to be savored and enjoyed for a moment undefined.We not only strive to revitalize and rebuild legacies, but to also be curators of our culture.
