This chocolate is named after the largest body of water in the municipality of Cunducan – Rio Samaria. This region is teeming with water from 4 major rivers and 3 lagoons as well as a fresh water aquifer. Tabasco chocolate tends to be fruity and floral, we think this chocolate lives up to its reputation!

We’re Curators of Cultura - Inspired by the rich history of cacao in Mexico and the Americas we set out to make a chocolate that celebrates its timeless legacy. We hand-craft each bar, from sourcing to roasting, to bring out the truest flavor of its origin.
