Percentages: 55% cacao (45% nibs, 10% cacao butter), 45% organic cane sugar.

For mochas/hot chocolate we recommend 18-28g (2-3 table spoons) for a 12oz drink. Our preference for a creamier and heavier chocolate taste is 28g (3 table spoons) for a 12oz mocha/hot chocolate. 

PLEASE NOTE: This chocolate is not tempered so it will be easier to melt for mochas, etc. Please keep in a cool and dry location, out of the sun/heat. For best storage keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
